Meet Sydney Roberts, a nature lover who has lived in Minnesota the majority of her life (minus those years in North Dakota for college).
Sydney's appreciation for the ephemeral beauty of nature has been with her since childhood.
While working as a social media manager for many years, she found peace and tranquility in putting together floral arrangements for her friends in her free time. As her talent and demand grew, Sydney came to the realization that she had the potential to become a one-of-a-kind florist, combining her passion for astrology, botany, and photography in a truly unique way with Cosmos Florals.
At Cosmos Floral, Sydney creates arrangements that reflect the individuality of her clients by incorporating color themes and personalized floral selections. Her floral pieces are more than just flowers—they are one-of-a-kind works of art that reflect the beauty and complexity of nature.

At Cosmos Florals, we care about more than just the stars. We also care about our planet, which is why we have incorporated these sustainable practices into our floral business:
Locally Sourced
We use locally sourced flowers from Minnesota and Midwestern farmers to reduce our carbon footprint when in season. Out of the local growing season, we prioritize US grown flowers and foliage.
Foam Free Designs
We don’t use any floral foam in our designs. If you’ve ever seen flowers in plugged into a wet green chunk of foam, that’s floral foam—which is toxic. Floral foam breaks down into micro-plastics and ends up in our water ways, which then impacts living things that survive off of that water way (native flora, fish, other wildlife, and even us).
Recycling + Composting
We recycle and compost as much of our waste materials as possible. At the end of an event, any flowers that can’t be donated or repurposed elsewhere, we compost them. Packaging is reused as much as possible, or recycled when possible.
Non-toxic
We prioritize flowers that are in season and grown without chemicals. We don’t use any additional chemicals in our designs to reduce the amount of chemicals that end up in our water ways.
